Tel Aviv property sales still afloat
Apartment prices in Tel Aviv have not yet been affected by the current economic crisis. A penthouse apartment, second hand in Tel Aviv was sold for 6.1 million shekels. The roof top apartment with 5 room is located in a unique bauhouse building, recently renovated with a swimming pool on the roof.
The property owner, a well know high-tech businessman requested 6.5 million NIS and finally closed the deal with a sale price of 6.1 million NIS. The apartment was fully renovated and furnished and sold with the entire contents, including a spectacular designer music sound room.
In Hod-Hasharon the prices are somewhat lower, where a 4 room apartment on Boaz street, 110 square meters, 1st floor with an elevator was sold for 1.4 million shekels. A 3.5 room apartment in Menachem Begin street – Morasha, 85 square meters, 2nd floor with an elevator was sold for 950,000 NIS.
A 5 room penthouse in Netanya located in the Nof Galim neigbourhood has been sold for 1.63 millions NIS.
Remax office in Givatayim reported that a 5 room apartment on Jabotinski street Givatayim was recently sold for 1.65 million NIS. A 3 room apartment on Golomb st. was sold for 1.1 million NIS.
In Petach Tikwa the prices are rising a little, a 3.5 to 4 room apartments have been sold at 1.1 million NIS.
In Jerusalem the prices are falling a bit with a 4 room apartment selling at 2 million NIS. This would be expected as the property prices in Jerusalem are very expensive.
