Focus: Sheraton City Tower Ramat Gan
The Sheraton City Tower in located in the diamond exchange district of Ramat Gan, nearby the Ayalon freeway. The Sherton City Tower in the 3rd highest tower in Israel and the 2nd highest in Ramat Gan, ascending to the height of 170 meters (558 ft) and 37 floors. The tower construction was completed in year 2000. The Sherton City Tower held the “tallest tower in Ramat Gan” title for years 2000 to 2001 until the Moshe Aviv Tower, now known as the City Gate Tower was completed.
The Sheraton city tower includes a hotel in addition to the private apartments located on the top floors. The tower is deemed to be one of the leading business hotels in Israel.
In the tower there are more than 200 luxurious residential unit from the 19th floor in addition to the 167 hotel guest rooms located on floors 4 to 18, not including the suites and luxury rooms. On the first floors event halls are available for events and special occasions. The tower includes underground parking.
The hotel is ranked 5 stars and was the first major 5 star hotel in the city. A funny observation is that there is no 13th floor or rooms with the number 13 in the tower.
